What got you started in photography? - My wife and I got a decent camera when we got married to take on our honeymoon. When we got back my wife's friend liked the photos we shared and asked if we would take her family photos. We thought it would be fun so we said yes. That led to another person asking and then another. So we decided to turn it into a little side hustle. Then in 2017, I had the chance to go to India for a photo assignment and I didn't have enough vacation days to go. So I requested time off without pay and was told no. So I put my two weeks' notice in two weeks before my flight left and have boon full time ever since. 

What do you do for fun? Do you have any hobbies? - I love hanging out with the family. Lake days and hiking are some of our favorite things to do. My wife and I also love trying new restaurants. I'm also partially addicted to playing chess, but I'm not very good at it.
